CRIS is pleased to announce a new partnership with ReSure, introducing a purpose-built digital platform that will provide members with a more convenient and efficient way to access and manage their insurance information and processes. The platform will begin rolling out from July 2026, delivering immediate practical benefits through improved visibility, streamlined administration and easier access to key insurance information.
A Single Source of Truth for Insurance
The ReSure platform has been designed to simplify day-to-day insurance administration by bringing all key aspects of insurance management into one place. This gives members greater visibility over their insurance program while reducing administrative effort and improving access to key information.
From rollout, subscribers will be able to:
- Access and manage all insurance documentation in one system: Policies, schedules, reports, valuations and correspondence are securely stored and easily accessible, reducing reliance on fragmented records and email trails.
- Streamline underwriting information collection: Structured data capture improves consistency, reduces duplication and simplifies renewal and placement processes.
- Gain a consolidated view of their insurance program: Bringing everything together in one platform allows for stronger oversight and more informed decision-making.
These capabilities are available from day one, delivering immediate improvements in efficiency, transparency and control.
Supporting CRIS’s Future Direction
Importantly, the ReSure platform is not just an operational tool, it has been selected as a system that is fully capable of supporting CRIS’ future model.
As CRIS progresses towards establishing a mutual, the platform is already equipped to integrate and support protection solutions within the same environment. This means members will not need to transition to a new system as the foundations are already in place.
By implementing the platform now, CRIS is ensuring that:
- members benefit immediately from better systems and processes
- the transition to a mutual model can be supported seamlessly
- insurance data, risk insights, and future protection solutions will sit within a single, connected ecosystem
Looking Ahead
The rollout will commence from July 2026, with a phased onboarding approach supported by training and guidance.
This initiative reflects CRIS’s ongoing focus on:
- simplifying insurance for members
- improving access to information and transparency
- investing in infrastructure that supports both current needs and future opportunities
By introducing ReSure, CRIS is delivering a practical, ready-to-use solution today, while ensuring members are well-positioned for what comes next.
